To combat the heat, we went and hired a 4-seater famly pedalcar/bike thing and cycled around a shady park for half an hour, which made a nice breeze. And then went for another very cold beer.

Mark - as you say, bring on the zing!

Adrian - I've trimmed my beard, which has thrown the balance out totally. Now I need a grade 2 crewcut to even it out.ZakAveryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01794154105596597019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-72277889156220824.post-35068687295315660602010-06-04T23:55:19.745+01:002010-06-04T23:55:19.745+01:00you need a haircut mateyou need a haircut mateAdrian Tierney-Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05421802854011395300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-72277889156220824.post-1032050665134512672010-06-03T21:15:12.150+01:002010-06-03T21:15:12.150+01:00Lots of small, cold beers is definitely the way in...Lots of small, cold beers is definitely the way in warm weather. I'm intimately familiar with iced glasses of Mythos but they seem to be geared to the English or German drinker, served in pints, which is fine for the thirst-killing first pint but the later pints warm before they are finished.

And bring on the zingy summer ales in warm beer gardens!Mark Dredgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11421095862178324693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-72277889156220824.post-33682841803127301512010-06-03T14:21:46.307+01:002010-06-03T14:21:46.307+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.William Averyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15877437032063043084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-72277889156220824.post-11163070731874269072010-06-03T12:32:24.300+01:002010-06-03T12:32:24.300+01:00how hot???? i think i would just melt in that!!

I had one warmed up last night, a diacetyl bomb, but chilled to the ice age it's the perfect and cheap solution.Mark, Real-Ale-Reviews.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06825492961718171211noreply@blogger.com
