They've managed to create a huge niche selling increasingly flavourless stout, so I'm sure they might have a good chance with black lager.<br /><br />Oh, and since no-one took up the "meaningless bobbins" gauntlet: Guinness Black lager is cold fermented, not cold brewed - the brew kettle is called a kettle for a reason; it's neither unique nor deeply refreshing; serve at about 12c to stand any chance of spotting flavour; atavistic lager, not eveolved.
